ENGAGEMENT PHOTO LOCATIONS IN KAPALUA
Beach locations are a popular choice for engagement sessions, and there's a good reason for that. There's nothing like the peaceful scene that the ocean brings, topped off with a gorgeous sunset. What better way to capture your vision than to have your session on the beautiful island of Maui? Ironwoods beach is one of my top choices because a lot of people don't realize there is a beach there which makes it more private and perfect for your session. There are also options if you want to get some sweet pics on the cliffs!
My second favorite is D.T. Fleming beach. This is also a long sandy beach and a less crowded option with rocks on both ends. Diana + Chris's elopement took place on D.T. Fleming beach, and I have a whole blog post about it here if you want to see more of what it looks like.
LET'S MAKE SOME MAGIC AT HONOLUA BAY
If you're looking for those 'George of the Jungle' vibes (but classy), Honolua Bay is a great engagement or couple photo location! The road that heads toward the forest is lined with cliffs that make great backdrops. The jungle has gorgeous tropical canopies, creating a stunning and unique engagement or couple session. I don't know about you, but I am not passing up the opportunity to be immersed in swinging vine and moss-covered trees that feels like something out of an enchanted storybook.
